I Saw Dr. Matt today, he explain me partly how Chiropractors work, he ran some checks with me (according to the number of notes his assistant took, I didn't feel very good). He also did x-ray of my spine.

Today I went to see Dr. Matt to get the results from the X-ray. I must say it was quite devastating. I am not sure about most of the terms, but in my words: My neck is fucked, hips are fucked and lower back is fucked. He found 17 problems (a very very sick person would have 30-35, most of the clients have 20-25 and healthy would have 1-2).
The main problem is that it is going to cost me an absolute fortune (just as example the X-ray cost me $200).
I got quite depressed during the rest of the day.

Sorry to hear that, but - at least you know, and you can do something about it.
Note: Docs love to suggest surgeries - try to avoid it at all costs (pun intended). Read the Back Mechanic by McGill, follow the rehab advice of your rehab guy, once the rehab is done, go through FMS, and move from there. _________________ Pavel Macek

Yeah, you could see that coming :).
This was the first time I went to Chiro, they are not that popular in Czech (luckily we have Dr. Kolar and he is making most of his students more than decent fyzios ).
That doctor didn't suggest operation, he said that I will be fine in time. But the problem with Chiro is that they adjust you (crack you) and make you feel immediate change (which is extremely good for their business :) ). After that you just have to go for regular adjustments - 1st month 3x per week, 2nd month 2x per week, 3rd month 1x per week and that's gonna make them A LOT OF MONEY because one visit costs $58!!!! (EDIT: one session and one client takes them about 5-10 mins ...)
On the other site, nobody ever gave me that deep description and analysis of X-rays and how spine or neural system works. Hopefully I will get the scans a put it in here.
I will probably do the adjustments for couple of weeks, than get a 3 months membership and go 2-4x per week for a swim (free style) and after couple of months go for a checkout to Chiro and see how's that working ...
