From 5.6. I felt a bit of pressure while moving my neck and from Tuesday I couldn't even move with my head. On Wednesday I even went to the natural therapist, but even though I felt much better straight after the appointment, the neck was super stiff again in the evening.
I am totally blaming work and my boss, who has a go at me on Friday and made me really angry and I had a lot of shit sitting in my head for the extended weekend (Monday was public holidays).
On Monday I went to Dr. Matt the chiropractor who confirmed my theories, cracked my neck and support me mentally. I just need to take work less seriously or it will make even more damage.
Apart from the neck issues I have (man)flu from Wednesday. Last week was really shit ...

30.07.2017 FRONT PAGE Update:
Unfortunately, I had to make a decision about the way I am going to deal with my the amount of time I have available. The thing is that me and my wife bought a house in Craigie, WA, which we decided to renovate. New kitchen, bathroom,... I will have to knock down some walls, reorganise the garden, build some retaining walls, do more paving and many many more.Most of the demolition and construction activities will be done ourselves.
Even to maintain the log is taking quite a lot of time (if you look at it from my perspective, the biggest priority is still my son) and I just can't do it.
So, from now on, the renovation will be my training. I expect a lot of digging, carrying, crawling (in the roof space) and other bits and pieces. I will try to maintain some of the #KB5vyzva challenges, since some of them just can't work for me (= I can't be bothered/I am lazy). I will also still do mobility training, stretching and flexibility training as required, without any system, but still trying to make it prevention of injuries.
Wish me/us luck, that everything will work well and in 1 or 2 years I will be ready to follow the Strong First path. Or buy and renovate another house :).
