Chtel bych se zeptat ktery gainer je nejlepsi pro nabrani ciste svalove hmoty,mel jsem GMM4000 a nabral jsem po nem sice 5 kg,ale pribral jsem kvuli nemu i dost na brichu,prej je to tim ze obsahuje vetsinu jednoduchych cukru,tak se chci zeptat ktery gainer je podle vas nejlepsi...
