No jo,byl to sportovní víkend v Bialej Rawskiej 16-17července.Exhibičně předved kládu a benč,jinak dělal rozhodčího.Jenom dodám,že na tréninku zvedl 205x2 a 210x1 s rezervou.

hezke hezke, takze drepy budou s volnou, ne ve stroji jak to byvalo?
Tak tak, dřepy budou letos s volnou na max. opakování s touhle potvorou a co jsem různě čet tak by měla bejt nastavená dost velká povinná hloubka dřepu, ale jak moc to bude, to nevim.
