Hard to judge, I don't do anything extremely challenging apart from a lot of gardening on the weekends. Family is away, so no lifting of my son.
I am not sure if you were able to saw the problem on my x-rays. However, chiros adjust your spine, they crack it, put it in the right location and recover the communication between your brain and the body.
For example, I sit down on a chair lift my arms forward at horizontal level and the doctor will push straight down on my hands and I won't be able to hold the position and maintain my arm at horizontal level. Then he will crack my neck. We do the same test and the doctor would have to lean on my hands and I will feel huge difference in the resistance I am able to provide.
Unfortunately, your muscles might want to put your spine back in the wrong position, so the chiro has to adjust you again ... My theory is that it works the opposite as physio. You strengthen your muscles (I am still doing that) to put the spine in the correct position.
To answer your question. Yes, I still feel it, but only when I try Jefferson curl ...
And that is normal, it is a big change for the body.

Chiro - Today was my "exam". Apparently, I am healing quickly and the number of issues with my neural system has been reduced from 17 to 4. I am definitely feeling better, however, still feeling a pressure or slight pain at the lower back. Anyway, my family is coming back home on Thursday. I will lifting and playing with my son again and that will be the real test :).

Moora Triathlon - 1:34:27.7 - 4s faster than last year :)
(650m swim, 18km cycling, 4.5km run)
That happened after one month without any training, with slightly stuck nose and scab on a knee from a week ago. I would consider it as a total unnecessary torture, but she has got her head and had to do the longest race. Female winner time 1:04.
