So I forgot and then realized today that my program says I could do one day a week of accessories. So today I did and I will try to them every week. John told one of his lifters that he has got only 60 minutes for his accessory training, so I did it the same.
Time was 63 minutes. Went full bro.

My allergy started recently. I have also been feeling a bit stiff in the lower back in a past couple of days - usually means a start of some illness. My ripped hand from Sunday's deadlifts has been limiting me on squats and a bit on bench today. Started using creatine and vitamins B and D.

Had to hold the bar in fingers instead of palms. Felt uneven. / Musel jsem držet osu v prstech a ne v dlaních, přišlo mi to nevyrovnaný.

Got a bit tipsy on Friday in Irish Pub - couple of beers and two Jamesons. I recovered well because of eating a ton and sleeping really well prior today. Belt fitting perfect today.

My right bicep tendon was a bit sad after squats.
