Did 10 minutes of jumping rope yesterday and today. Calves and hamstrings feel it. Will do it occasionally.

LB pin squat
Pins at proper depth cause i just could not set it up for 2 inch height - was either full depth or too high. This was tough but I made all kinds of gains on squat.

Forgot my SBDs at home. Friend was very kind and let me use his old rehbands. They were very loose but the squats felt very fast.

3x3x180@6,5-7,5 or less maybe. Dunno, was just pretty fast.
Bench
2x1x145@9 - a bit slower than I would have liked but OK. Bench was slippery a bit.
3x3x130@7 or so, very good.
