LB squat paused halfway down
4x5x155@7 - breathing was the main problem again.
Bench
Pecs felt very tight during the warm-ups.
2x1x150@9 and @10- first one moved okay, second one moved much worse - hurt my pec/shoulder on the second one.
6x130 - the pec hurt, so I did just one set and ditched it.
Paused deadlift
4x5x180@8-8,5 - straps, shorther pauses han last time, felt a bit harder.
